Meet Nazlıhan
Strategist
Nazlıhan is a brand consultant and social media strategist with over 10 years of experience helping brands become visible, engaging, and emotionally resonant in the digital space. She co-founded Muna Istanbul, a footwear brand that reached global recognition with features in British Vogue, Elle, and Cosmopolitan.
Currently consulting at Studio Kiji, she develops holistic brand and content strategies for hospitality, food, and lifestyle clients, leading influencer collaborations, paid campaigns, and creative direction.
Her process is grounded in clarity and long-term thinking: from defining positioning and tone of voice to building strategies that translate brand values into measurable growth.

Meet
Åžafak
Creative Strategist
Åžafak is a brand strategist with a background in Fine Arts and Business Administration. After studying Business Administration at Koç University, she worked in strategic planning and creative development roles at TBWA, Pars McCann, TAV Airports, and Alarko Tourism.
Later, she turned toward visual arts by studying Painting at Marmara University, and eventually co-founded Studio Kiji. In her work, she aims to combine visual intuition with strategic clarity to build brands that people can truly connect with.
When she’s not designing, she’s likely exploring exhibitions, reading and sketching new ideas, or walking by the sea collecting sounds for future projects.
